Posted by: | CommentsGalina Bannova is Michael’s guest on Logical Soul Talk, Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 6 pm ET. You can listen to the show online, or call (347) 843-4544 to join the conversation and ask Ms. Bannova a question on this first live show of 2013.
Galina is a Certified Relationships and Personal Development Life Coach, and will share with Dr. Craig’s audience her own story, and how her move from Russia, and her own life story contributed to both her desire and ability to help others overcome relationship problems and difficulties in achieving a balanced, happy life.
Ms. Bannova received her Life Coaching Certification from the Life Coaching Institute of Orange County, California, and has since studied at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Prior to this, she studied at the School of Practical Psychology in Russia, and the School of Psychoanalysis in France.
She writes: “During my life I have dealt with many difficult hardships, including abuse, divorce and a loss of people close to me. These experiences were very hard to bear. Each of them knocked me down for a long period of time. Sometimes problems were more than I alone could cope with. One day I realized that it was time to stand up, look at myself and admit that I needed help. I have been helped, have benefited from the experience, and felt inspired to help others in a similar manner.”
Galina continues, adding “Becoming a life coach is a significant way to develop experience, character, humanity and passion for helping other people. It is a serious step for me and a serious commitment that includes changing and setting new personal goals and learning a new skill set.”
Tune in Tuesday the 8th to hear an experienced life coach share her story and her tips on how you can be a better coach!
LaKeisha Parnell: Life Coaching On Purpose
Posted by: | Comments“Most people know what they want in life, they just need someone there to help hold their hands while they discover their purpose on life’s pathâ€, says LaKeisha Parnell, the CEO/Founder of The Pathway 2 Purpose, a Christian life coaching practice. LaKeisha knows all about hardship and the need for help. Several years ago she lost her job, her home, and almost lost her family and even her life, when she became involved in a near-fatal auto accident caused by a sudden epileptic seizure.
She will reveal the details of this story and much more to Dr. Craig’s listeners on Logical Soul Talk, Tuesday, October 9th, 2012 at 6 pm ET. You and listen to the show online or call the show hotline at (347) 843-4544  to ask a question or join the conversation.
After her serious car crash on a busy, downtown Chicago expressway, Lakeisha’s life fell apart. She and her daughter moved into a family transitional shelter and took her down the road to depression. Since then, however, Ms. Parnell transformed her life and even encouraged other women in the shelter to get back on their feet.Â
Shortly after her recovery, she moved to Atlanta where she received a call into the ministry as a servant leader (Pastor). She obtained her degree in Christian Ministries, and has become an outspoken advocate for people with epilepsy. Currently, LaKeisha leads a support group sponsored by Emory University called Project UPLIFT, which counsels people who suffer from epilepsy and depression, and is an Epilepsy Foundation H.O.P.E. Mentor.
Today LaKeisha is a member of the Association of Christian Counselors and Black African American Association of Christian Counselors and has taken part in Executive and Leadership Training, Hope Coaching and Single Parent Coaching. She shares her first-hand experiences with a smile to all she meets, and has her own unique take on what it means to find your life purpose.
