Bryan is based in Atlanta, Georgia and has been involved in many aspects of the real estate and marketing fields for many years.  He started out as an individual real estate investor in the metro Atlanta area specializing in buying and selling single family homes. With the advent of the Internet, Bryan found that more and more investor buyers were interested in his properties and he built quite a large list that he now leverages for greater profits.

Bryan now coaches others, not only how to use his creative real estate strategies, but also how to build their own list to market properties and related services. He has created several training programs, became a “guru’s guru” to some of the most well-known Internet marketers in the business, and has been a asked to speak at many conferences around the US about real estate investing, internet marketing and how to grow a business.
