Her first book, Five Reasons Why Bad Things Happen, is a self-help book that broke new ground on the why of most tragedies – and how you can turn them into eventual triumph. She will soon publish a book that explains her current attitude towards failure, i.e., Patience is a Waste of Time.

 

Brownell is also the inventor of the DrawSuccess Game and the creator and founder of the DrawSuccess Program, a breakthrough approach to training and development that has been accepted into companies of all sizes and industries, including several Fortune 500 accounts. The DrawSuccess Program includes over 10,000 pages of training materials and documentation, all conceived, written and organized by this dynamic creator.

Brownell currently lives in the Atlanta area and speaks to companies, groups and associations, including ASTD (American Society of Training & Development), PMI (Project Management Institute), MPI (Meeting Planners International) and others.  Her background includes marketing, sales, management, planning and training for over 20 years with companies like Coca-Cola, Eastman Kodak, and Siemens.

She has an Executive MBA from Georgia State University, and an undergraduate degree is in Advertising from the University of Georgia. She has also been a business owner and continues to be a successful entrepreneur.
