The 9 Hidden Laws of Attraction
Posted by: | Comments
You are familiar with the Law of Attraction, right? You know, that thing about what you think of and intend will manifest in your life. This is the subject of The Secret and dozens of books on the same subject.
But how many of you know that there are NINE HIDDEN LAWS that determine whether or not you are actually attracting what you CONSCIOUSLY intend? No? Not surprising, since I’ve only uncovered them over the past several years.
Want to change your life for real? Want to overcome the “stinkin’ thinkin” and negative impulses that feed failure and produce problems? Read on.
As you may have found out through trial and error, this “attraction thing” can be tricky. One errant thought and POOF! There goes your abundance, relationship or health. One bad judgment and POOF! There goes your self-confidence and trust in this so-called Law of Attraction.
That’s because the Law of Attraction is composed of 9 other HIDDEN Laws . . . ones that only become apparent when you are guided to them and shown how they work.
But again, ignorance of the law is no excuse. Just as gravity has no mercy on those who walk off cliffs without knowing, so too do the 9 Laws of Attraction thrash those who ignore their warnings.
Over the next several weeks, I will give you an in-depth preview of an upcoming book called The 9 Hidden Laws That Can Change Your Life: How to Harness the Laws of Attraction Without Programming the Subconscious Mind Using Affirmations, Tapping, Rituals or Hypnosis.
These articles will be part of the book, will provide valuable tools and insights, and will surely change the way you currently think about personal success and motivation. I want to give you the tools you need to succeed – really succeed – not just think you are succeeding!
Stay tuned. And give me your feedback please!
The Logical Soul: How It Developed
Posted by: | CommentsAs you may know by now I am a former chiropractor/acupuncturist, meditation instructor, and author of The Logical Soul (available through Amazon). I wanted to start sharing my story in some future posts, since many have asked me how I got started. So today I’ll give you an overview.
I taught meditation (TM) back in the 70’s and became a chiropractor in 1983. As a doctor, I came in touch with – and learned – most of the techniques developed for my profession, and was considered by most others to be a good and capable doctor.
Despite my care and diligence, however, I noticed over the years that results from adjustments and other techniques were hard to come by. Through no apparent fault of my own, results were often mixed, marginal, or frustrating. While I was able to affect positive changes in more than half of those I saw, I was hard-pressed to determine (if I were completely honest) that these changes would not have happened on their own without my intervention!
The ones who didn’t respond to treatment caused me the most concern. These patients would often return with the same ailments or problems, despite my treatments, and often despite their having been to dozens of other practitioners, therapists and psychologists.
After years of trial and error, I was able to narrow the deeper cause of disease to memories and patterns in the mind and nervous system. There seemed to be an underlying self-sabotage going on that patients didn’t know about, and that frustrated all my attempts to override.
To find the remedy I dove into more psychology-based studies like hypnosis, visualization, meditation, affirmations, and other behavior modification techniques, looking for answers to help my patients get better faster. Yet even after treating these underlying “causes” the problems still came back.
Years later I finally had to admit that the main reason things like hypnosis and visualization seldom worked is because there was a lack of coordination and cooperation between these things we call the “conscious” and “subconscious” minds. In fact, they often seemed to be at war with one another.
Further research led me to conclude that the so-called “subconscious mind” was actually a living being with its own awareness, logic and motives. It was, therefore, separate and distinct from our conscious “being,” the one we normally think of as “I” or “me” . . . the one who thinks and makes conscious decisions. As so-called “individuals” we seem to actually be TWO people inhabiting a single body – a type of psychic Siamese twin without each of them knowing the other existed, except as some vague abstraction!
You see, we in the western world have a habit of looking on our subconscious mind as a “thing†to be overruled or circumvented. I found, however, that the results seldom follow when techniques based on this approach such as hypnosis, affirmations, and other direct programming methods, are used.
Then back in 1991 I accidentally discovered the key to accessing the subconscious being without hypnosis or other tricks we normally use to bypass our conscious defenses. I also discovered this inner being has its own intelligence – and knows ALL our tricks! It was very much alive.
Upon digging deeper, I found that Hawaiian Huna cosmology matched my discoveries to a “T,†and that behavior modification can only happen with this cooperation and synthesis between these inner and outer beings. There has to be a good enough reason – both inside AND outside – for our lives to really change!
We don’t need to program our subconscious mind . . . we only needed to get his or her permission! I called the method of finding deepest motivations and changing the decisions related to the The Logical Soul®.
Most people don’t have access to the deeply-rooted hidden decisions that run their lives. These “matrix decisions†were laid down at the same time our bodies and nervous systems were forming. Using Applied Kinesiology (AK) and various modes discovery and access, I have been able to find and change hidden matrix decisions with remarkable results.
How to Fail by Using Affirmations
Posted by: | CommentsDo you really think that yelling some affirmation to your spouse over and over again will make a difference in his or her behavior?
No? Then why do we persist in doing this same thing to our subconscious mind – the source of all feelings, memory, and unlimited intelligence and wisdom? Our conscious mind can only direct (and is really pretty stupid).
Contrary to popular psychology and positive-motivation-teaching, the subconscious is not a “thing” that can be manipulated or turned on or off like some light switch. It is the source of all our knowledge and power, and is wise to all our tricks. If there were a decision made to limit money or income, it is because this is a “prime directive” that was given very early in your life that governs your actions and where you are right now!
If you really want to fail at finances, try this: repeat “I am rich and wealthy beyond my wildest dreams.” Do this over and over for a month. After that period is over, one of two things will happen:
- You’ll discover untapped sources of creativity and wealth within yourself, or
- You will feel more frustrated than ever.
Obviously, the first scenario is the one whose picture is presented by all the self-made millionaire gurus out there. They tell you that by repeating positive thoughts over and over again you get into the habit of success and money. The Law of Attraction and all that…
There’s only one problem: most self-made millionaires came into this world with – or developed at an early age – an inner resolve that can overcome any obstacle. This IS their prime directive. Without it, nobody can succeed. WITH it, anyone can perform money miracles. That’s why affirmations work for them, and why they think it can work for everyone. But it doesn’t.
True, most self-made millionaires had multiple challenges and often poor upbringings. But they also have what most of us don’t have – that “iron resolve,” “fire in the belly” or “inner direction” that eludes those of us who see failure as an option over and over again.
Given this scenario, affirmations work wonders for those with an inner resolve. For those of us less endowed, however, affirmations can only dig a deeper hole in our psyche. Here’s how a typical inner conversation might go:
“I am rich and wealthy…”
“Are you kidding?”
“I am rich and wealthy…”
“No you’re not. You have thirty dollars in the bank and are in debt up to your eyeballs!”
“I am rich and wealthy…”
“Do you want to fail like your brother did? This is crazy talk.”
“I am rich and wealthy…”
“Tell you what say that one more time and I’ll NEVER let you be ‘rich and wealthy!!'”
“I am rich and …”
You get the idea. BAM! Failure strikes despite all your conscious good intentions. The thing is, you’ve got to speak to your subconscious “self” the same way you would to a powerful friend or servant. It will do your bidding . . . but only if there is no prime directive opposing it!
Go easy on the affirmations. Take baby steps. Celebrate small successes each day. Then your subconscious will reward you with greater and greater trust.
Soul Logic: Huna and the Three Selves
Posted by: | CommentsThe practice of the Logical SoulTM owes a great debt to Huna. When I first began to experiment with the body as a separate entity or being, instead of merely as the subconscious, I began to get answers I never got before. Some mysterious force was yearning to reveal its secrets to one who would actually listen.
In my previous blog, I discussed the role of the three selves in either helping – or sabotaging – our so-called “individual self.” The so-called “low self” (or “Ku”) is in charge of these hidden decisions, and whether or not to support action on conscious decisions that affect them.
Suddenly it all began to make sense: the body and memory all lie within the realm of the Ku. I therefore addressed the Ku as a separate and unique being, and allowed it to respond to me as such. Over time I was then informed that the Ku is more than willing to accommodate ANY command by the conscious mind, so long as that command does NOT run counter to a previous command already in place.
This is because the low self will pray to the high self (“Uhane” or “Aumakua”) for only those things it has been directed “ with the greatest intent and force of emotion “ to pray for. The conscious mind/middle self (“Kane”) only has a say-so when it is clear and does not contradict itself, now or from past instructions. And remember, the Ku never forgets a command!
I liken this whole process to riding a whale. A whale (High Self) has its own consciousness; its own power, and obeys command instructions given by the riders – the middle and low selves. Both you and your Ku are riding this whale, but only the Ku (low self) has the power to direct this whale, based on your conscious instructions.
And the whale doesn’t care. It will go anywhere it is directed.
If (and when) you gave the Ku (and subsequently the whale) specific and powerful directions very early in the journey, i.e., as a small child, this then became the whale’s prime directive. All subsequent directions would also be followed “ so long as the prime directive was not opposed.
In other words, we are like little beings riding on top of this whale. We tap it over here and tell it to go over here, then tap there to go in a different direction. So long as there’s no conflict, that whale will gladly go in that direction.
If there is a conflict, i.e., if there is a strong prime directive to go in another direction, the Ku will direct this whale in that direction instead, regardless of our conscious wishes, hopes and fears.
That’s how and why goal-to-action conflicts arise. We are œriding this whale – in essence, a very large and powerful being that is determined to take us where we originally told it to go. While only the middle self or conscious mind can make decisions, the Ku controls the direction AND is not listening! Based on its memory of the original prime directive, the Ku stays the course.
If we want or need to change that directive, we must have the right Access and Tools. We must develop the ability to communicate to the Ku and get access to earlier decisions or directives. Only then will we be able to re-direct the whale.
The Logical SoulTM process is about getting access to that decision that both the Ku and Aumakua see as their prime directive. Their outcome is set. How do you know what this is? Simple; it’s where you are right now!
In essence, where you ARE is based on the decisions that you’ve made; ancient decisions; hidden decisions that you have made that have led you to this point. To be able to change those decisions, something very deep has to take place “ communication with that being the Kahunas call the Ku or Low Self. Only he has access to that œwhale, our source of power.
We have to be able to say œLook, you know, we’re, like, heading over the precipice. Can we, like, change directions a little?? The whale will not do this just on a whim. It will not do what you say just because you say so. It will, however, listen to the Ku when this being becomes convinced there’s something at stake – something that relates to his original prime directive.
And that something is your œinner child or memory of the one whose decision set this whale on its original path, i.e.
The one who made the original decision
is the only one who can change the decision.
So if this inner being is listening to your child when she was three years old, then it will also listen to this same child change the decision . . . if he is approached properly.
That’s the secret of Logical SoulTM. The key element is that we always go to the one who made the decision, get access to that event, to that person; allow them to change the decision, and then the prime directive transforms itself into a new decision.
